Coffee County           }

We the undersigned citizens have this day formed ourselves into a cavalry company known and stiled the Coffee County Cavalry volunteers in order to make up the amount of men that is assigned to be rased in said county under the provisions of the act, passed the 24th of Feby. 1860 to provide for an efficient Military organization of the State of Alabama
We therefore by our officers present our Selves to his Honor the govenor of the state of Ala for his acceptance and give our names and the names and  st?? of our officers
