Rev. James Earl WELLBORN was born Apr 8, 1930 in Baker, FL; died Dec 7, 1975 in Bethel, Alaska.
He is buried at Shady Grove Cem, Baker, Okaloosa Co., FL. This cemetery is located next to the Assembly of God church - the same denomination that Rev. Wellborn represented.
